3. Terms of Service — Steelheart Apparel

1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from Steelheart Apparel, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms ensure fair, transparent dealings between us and our customers and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to list products accurately, including fabric details, sizing, colours, and pricing. Images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to screen settings or print variations. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

If a clear mistake or anomaly occurs in a product’s description or price — where it’s reasonable to assume an error has been made — we reserve the right to cancel the order or, where possible, work proactively and reasonably with the customer to clarify and correct the information or pricing before proceeding.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We use secure payment gateways and never store full card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if:

  • Payment fails or appears fraudulent

  • A product becomes unavailable

  • There is a listing or pricing error

  • The order breaches import or sales restrictions

If we must cancel, we’ll notify you immediately and refund you in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our Australian print partners once production is complete. Ownership and risk pass to the customer when the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
If the issue clearly results from our error, we’ll act quickly to replace, refund, or resolve it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Steelheart Apparel will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or site. Where we’re found to be at fault, our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the affected item.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, slogans, and designs are the property of Steelheart Apparel. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
