1. Return & Refund Policy — Steelheart Apparel

We want you to love your Steelheart gear. Every item is printed and packed with care, but if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at glennmullany5@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund — whichever is most reasonable.

Change of Mind or Size Exchanges
Because each product is printed to order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing errors. However, if the item hasn’t been worn or washed, we’ll happily discuss an exchange where possible. Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a return label. Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
